SabaiaCare supports international healthcare professionals who want to work in Germany. We believe that recruitment should be transparent, fair and respectful – without hidden costs or unclear promises.

We are your employer in Germany and place you in hospitals and healthcare facilities through structured assignments.


Who is your employer?

You are employed directly by SabaiaCare under a German employment contract.
You will work in hospitals or healthcare facilities in Germany as part of an assignment.

This means:

  • a clear employment relationship

  • payment according to German labor law

  • one central contact throughout the process


Costs – clear and transparent

We believe it is important that you know from the beginning what is included and what is not.

We do NOT charge candidates for:

  • recruitment or placement

  • visa support

  • recognition guidance

  • administrative assistance

Candidates cover their own:

  • language courses

  • personal documents (certificates, translations, etc.)

  • flights to Germany

We do not work with local recruitment agents and do not use debt-based models.

Language requirements

Depending on your role, a certain level of German is required (usually B1 or B2).

  • We help you understand which level you need

  • We recommend suitable language schools

  • The language course itself is paid by the candidate

We are transparent about language expectations before any contract is signed.


Visa and relocation support

We guide you step by step through the visa process, including:

  • required documents

  • application steps

  • coordination of appointments where possible

There are no service fees charged by SabaiaCare for visa support.
Official fees charged by authorities are paid by the candidate.


Housing in Germany

SabaiaCare organizes suitable housing close to your workplace.

What you can expect:

  • reasonable, safe housing

  • own private room (also in shared flats)

  • apartment or shared flat options, where possible

  • no overcrowded accommodation

The rent is paid by SabaiaCare and deducted transparently from your salary.
