Application Process
How the application process works
At SabaiaCare, we follow a clear and structured application process.
Our goal is to ensure transparency, realistic expectations and a fair decision for both candidates and healthcare facilities.
Below you can see the typical steps from first contact to starting work in Germany.
Step 1 – Initial contact
You contact us via:
the application form on our website, or
email
At this stage, no documents are required yet.
We review your basic information and check whether your profile could be suitable for working in the German healthcare system.
Step 2 – CV and basic documents
If your profile appears suitable, we will ask you to submit:
your CV (resume)
basic information about your education and professional experience
At this point, no official translations or certifications are required yet.
This step helps us understand your background and professional level.
Step 3 – Qualification and language assessment
We review:
your professional qualification
your work experience
your current German language level (if any)
Depending on the role, a B1 or B2 level of German is usually required.
If your language level is not yet sufficient:
we explain the required target level
we recommend suitable language schools
the language course is paid by the candidate
We do not proceed to contracts until language expectations are clearly understood.
Step 4 – Matching and preparation
Once your profile and language path are clear, we:
discuss suitable assignments and locations
explain working conditions and expectations
clarify timelines and next steps
At this stage, we also explain:
housing options
estimated costs to be covered by the candidate
the overall relocation process
No decisions are rushed. Transparency is key.
Step 5 – Recognition and visa preparation
If required for your role, we guide you through:
professional recognition procedures
preparation of visa documentation
SabaiaCare supports you throughout the process:
explaining requirements
structuring documents
coordinating timelines
We do not charge any service fees for this support.
Official fees charged by authorities are paid by the candidate.
Step 6 – Employment contract
Once all requirements are met:
you receive a German employment contract with SabaiaCare
contract terms are explained clearly before signing
no hidden clauses or deductions
You are employed by SabaiaCare and work in a healthcare facility as part of an assignment.
Step 7 – Relocation and arrival in Germany
Before arrival, we support you with:
travel coordination
preparation for living and working in Germany
SabaiaCare organizes suitable accommodation:
close to the workplace
your own private room guaranteed
apartment or shared flat options where possible
The rent is paid by SabaiaCare and deducted transparently from your salary.
Step 8 – Onboarding and ongoing support
After arrival, we remain your main contact:
onboarding at the workplace
administrative questions
coordination during your assignment
Our focus is on long-term, stable employment, not short-term placement.
Important note
We believe in honest communication.
If at any point expectations do not match – on either side – we will discuss this openly before proceeding.
This protects candidates and employers alike.
