We work with healthcare professionals who are interested in working in Germany, such as nurses and other qualified healthcare staff.

Who will be my employer in Germany?
You will be employed directly by SabaiaCare under a German employment contract.
You will work in hospitals or healthcare facilities in Germany as part of an assignment, while SabaiaCare remains your employer and main point of contact.
Do I have to pay any recruitment or placement fees?
No.
SabaiaCare does not charge candidates any recruitment, placement or agency fees.
We also do not charge fees for:
application review
administrative support
visa guidance
Which costs do candidates need to cover themselves?
Candidates are responsible for certain personal expenses, including:
language courses
personal documents (certificates, translations, authentication)
flight to Germany
official government fees (e.g. visa fees)
We are transparent about these costs from the beginning.
Do I need to speak German before applying?
German language skills are required to work in the German healthcare system.
Depending on the position, a B1 or B2 level is usually required.
If you do not yet meet the required level:

we help you find suitable language schools
the language course itself is paid by the candidate
Will SabaiaCare help with the visa process?
Yes.
We guide you through the visa process step by step, including:
required documents
application procedures
coordination of timelines
SabaiaCare does not charge any service fees for visa support.
Official fees charged by authorities are paid by the candidate.
Will my professional qualification be recognized in Germany?
If recognition is required for your role, we will explain the process and support you with guidance and documentation.
Recognition requirements depend on your profession and your country of training.
Do you organize accommodation in Germany?
Yes.
SabaiaCare organizes suitable accommodation close to your workplace.
You can expect:
reasonable and safe housing
your own private room (also in shared flats)
apartments or shared flats, depending on availability and preference
The rent is paid by SabaiaCare and deducted transparently from your salary.
Will I have to share a room with other people?
No.
We do not place candidates in overcrowded accommodation.
If you live in a shared flat, you will always have your own private room.
How far is the accommodation from my workplace?
We aim to organize housing within a reasonable commuting distance to your workplace.
Exact distances depend on local availability and region.
How much will I earn?
Your salary is based on:
your qualification
the assignment
applicable German labor regulations
We do not promise unrealistic salary figures.
All details are discussed transparently before any contract is signed.
Is this a temporary or long-term opportunity?
We focus on long-term and stable employment relationships.
Assignments can vary, but our goal is sustainable employment – not short-term placement.
Do you work with local recruitment agents in my country?
No.
We work without local sub-agents and do not use agent-based or debt-based recruitment models.
